A bittersweet, delectable blend of Ecuador Cacao, Shatavari, 100% hot water extract mushroom blend (mycelium free) Tremella, Lion's Made, Reishi, gelatinized Maca and creamy coconut milk powder.
All ingredients have been carefully selected to nourish and support menstrual, pre-menopausal and every stage in-between and thereafter. Think about Moonbeam as a nutritious hormone hug in a mug.

As with everything Rachael creates, this is an impeccable product. I've been taking taking this pretty consistently since she first introduced it and at this point, I can't imagine life without it. It helps to soften the edges that our hormone fluctuations create and it helps to calm my mind. Rachael, thank you for pouring your time and resources and energy into creating this for us.
I highly recommend this product if you experience any sort of cramps during the monthly cycle. Before this magic dust arrived I would reach for Ibprufen to combat those menstruation and ovulation cramps but now I make a strong coffee, add 2tsp moonbeam and top with hot frothed whipping cream and bye bye cramps! I also love a good chocolate/date/nut butter/ banana smoothie and always through in a bit of moonbeam in for good measure. Highly recommend!!
