A soothing bath tea with Calendula and Plantain for the perineal area post partum.

Sitz bath teas can help relieve discomfort associated with post partum recovery. We have selected gentle, healing herbs that can be made into a tea that can be used to bathe, spritz or soak. All herbs are grown on our farm in Canaan.
