We grow Calendula flowers on our farm from organic seeds which produce a highly potent resin for soothing many skin ailments.
Calendula’s medicinal resinous oils are found mostly in the involucres (the green base of the flower head.) Sometimes calendula is sold as “petals” only, but this is a weaker medicine for topical use. So we always use the whole flower head, which takes a lifetime to dry, but boy its worth it!

This oil is my daily go to after my shower to lock in moisture. My daughter's also reach for this when they are fresh out of the bath. Its healing properties are a heaven send in the summer or for simple burns that happen when we are learning new skills in the kitchen.

I use it for dry patches on my skin.. this stuff works wonders!! I ordinarily just put a small couple of squirts onto my fingers or palms and rub in..
