Chamomile (dried)

Bodegold chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is a premium, early-blooming German chamomile variety we use, prized for its high essential oil content, sweet pineapple-like fragrance, and abundant daisy-like white and gold flowers.

On our farm we seed chamomile every year, some come up from self seeds the previous year, and they are prolific bloomers all summer long.

Chamomile is great to infuse into tea for drinking, eye baths and hair rinses. Other uses include body oils and hair treatments.
